Days Since

How long has it been?

A tracker for the things that matter but never fit on a calendar, because they don’t happen on a schedule — they happen when they happen. Add a tracker. Tap once when you do the thing. That’s the whole app.

Available in the App Store

iPhone (iOS 18+) Apple Watch (watchOS 11+)

The one question it answers

When did I last do this? Every tracker shows a live day count that rolls over at midnight, and a single tap logs today.

  • 🔥 Changed the furnace filter
  • 🌱 Watered the plants
  • 🪥 Replaced the toothbrush
  • 💇 Last haircut
  • 🚗 Oil change
  • 🌟 Date night
  • 📞 Called my parents
  • 🏋 Gym visit
  • 💊 Medication refill
  • 💾 Ran a backup

What it does

Everything is built around making the log take a second, so you’ll actually do it.

One tap, from anywhere

Log a completion from the list, the detail screen, a Home Screen widget, your Apple Watch, or by asking Siri. Swipe to log, swipe the other way to delete.

Reminders that nudge

Set a per-tracker reminder for a number of days after the last time, and get a gentle poke when nothing’s been logged in a while. Log straight from the notification.

Nothing is lost

Every tracker keeps its full history, not just the last date. Backfill a date you forgot, or delete one you logged by mistake.

Sorted your way

Order by what’s gone longest, what you did most recently, by name, or drag the list into whatever order makes sense to you. Search by name.

Siri built in

“How long since haircut in Days Since.” “Log oil change in Days Since.” No setup required — it works the moment you install the app, and in Shortcuts too.

Home Screen widgets Premium

Three sizes. Show one tracker you pick, or the ones you’ve neglected longest. Tap to open the app on that tracker, or to log it in place without opening anything.

Apple Watch

The full list on your wrist with a single Done Today button, and a quick add screen so you don’t have to reach for your phone.

Statistics Premium

Totals for the week, month and year, your average per week, how long you’ve been tracking, and charts of the last twelve weeks and months.

Make it yours

Each tracker gets an emoji from a curated grid and a color from a twelve-swatch palette, with a live preview while you edit.

Private by default

No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. Your trackers stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. Read the privacy policy.

Free and Premium

The app is free to download, and reminders are part of the free tier — they’re the point of the app, not an upsell. Premium lifts the tracker cap and adds widgets, statistics and export.
